ক) গুণ বা দোষ (Quality):

খ) আকার ও আয়তন (Size):

• It is a huge building.

গ) বয়স বা সময় (Age):

• He is an old person.

• I bought a new car.

• It is a modern city.

ঘ) রঙ (Color):

• The sky is blue.

• She wore a red dress.

• The cat is white.

ঙ) আকৃতি (Shape):

• The table is round.

• It is a square box.

৩. বাক্যে ব্যবহারের ধরণ:

Descriptive Adjectives মূলত দুইভাবে বাক্যে বসতে পারে:

১. Attributive Use: যখন Adjective-টি সরাসরি Noun-এর আগে বসে।

• Example: He is a brave soldier. (এখানে brave শব্দটি soldier-এর আগে বসেছে)।

২. Predicative Use: যখন Adjective-টি Linking verb-এর পরে বসে Subject-কে বর্ণনা করে।

• Example: The soldier is brave. (এখানে brave শব্দটি verb-এর পরে বসেছে)।
